Handcrafted clothing exhibition – Lebanon

BFD Center for Leadership and Community Development organized an exhibition for handcrafted clothing produced by Lebanese and Syrian girls dropped-out of school during the course of “Sewing and Embroidery”.  The exhibition took place as a part of the vocational training project funded by ANERA (American Near East Refugee Aid) in collaboration with the German government, Dutch government, and British government and in coordination with UNICEF. Next, graduated beneficiaries will engage into practical internship opportunities in coordination with the private sector in order to improve their in-field experience and increase employment prospects.
